Cleansing Smoothie for Weight Loss Recipe

Ingredients:

 Almond milk (or water) – 1 cup
Chopped cucumber – half cup
Strawberries (frozen are better, but fresh should do as well) – 1 cup
Banana (preferably frozen) – one, optional
Apple (cored) – one
Chia seeds – half tablespoon
Spinach – 2 cups, tightly packed
Lemon juice – half lemon should be good
Ice – optional, if you use fresh fruit or you want your smoothie chille

How to:

Put All Ingredients Into The Blender And Mix Until You Obtain A Smooth, Green Paste
