Christmas Brownies Recipe
150 g butter
1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time on low speed.
Mix through flour and cocoa.
Bake at 160C for 25-35 minutes.
Serve warm with cream and/or ice cream, or ice with chocolate icing.
Make frosting with any color you like. Happy Holidays!
