3 Amazing Sauces for Baked or Fried Salmon Fillet

The Dill  Sauce



1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill


How to:

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and serve chilled.



Honey and Soy Sauce for Salmon


2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 – 2 teaspoons lemon juice, approximately
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon water


How to:


Mix all the ingredients and pour on the freshly fried salmon filletes. Garnish with spinach or sesame seeds.

Lemon Cream Sauce



3 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken stock (or fish stock or clam juice)
1 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper
Parsley for garnish

How to:

Mix the ingredients and heat in the pot. Let it simmer for 10 minutes within a covered pot. Add salt and pepper as you like. Pout over the fried or baked salmon filletes and garnish with parsley.
